When your case requires a formal legal opinion, we coordinate with licensed Spanish gestores and immigration lawyers from our partner network.

Next Chapter LLC is a relocation consultancy, not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We do not provide tax filing or accounting services. We can connect you with qualified Spanish gestores, immigration lawyers, and tax professionals from our partner network when your case requires services beyond our scope.

We can connect you with qualified tax professionals and accountants but do not provide these services directly.

Visa approval is ultimately at the discretion of Spanish immigration authorities. While we maintain a high success rate, we cannot guarantee approval of any individual application.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Installment plans may be available. Specific pricing and payment terms are discussed during your consultation.

4. Refund Policy

We offer a money-back guarantee if your visa application is denied due to reasons within our control. Specific refund conditions are outlined in your service agreement.
